So we decided to build something different.
We’re not cocky—there are no egos at CrowdPharm.
We are a smart, creative, resourceful, and nimble group of experienced agency folks.

The Campaign

Pharm is in our name, so of course, we adopted a few farm animals. The stacked animals in our brand work in perfect balance to capture our casual and fun personality while symbolizing that we are stronger together. These animals represent our team’s diversity, our global talent network, and the many ways we connect worldwide to deliver our best client work.

The deliberate use of bold color and arresting imagery reinforces brand equity. The tone of the simple headlines captures the playful energy we bring to each project and our inquisitive nature while also conveying our collaborative approach. You’ll find our stacked animals on our website, across social media, and in journal ads.

In 2022, we launched our #workanywhere initiative across our social channels, highlighting our approach to achieving work-life balance for all our talent.

'Tis the season

This year, the Pharm sled team was featured leading the celebrations on our company holiday card, earning us a spot on the MM&M favorites list for a second year in a row.

In 2022, we refreshed our global talent network site. Home to 7,000+ members across 120+ countries, we created a vibrant community for current members, streamlined the process for new members, and increased our ability to recruit and engage with the best minds in healthcare worldwide.

The results?

In the past 17 months, CrowdPharm has been recognized four times as a "Best Place to Work." Of all the awards we could win, these speak to our hearts.
